Processing Time
The time I need to process orders is 3 - 7 days. My business is a one women operation, I do try my best to get orders out within a couple of days. Fulfillment can take longer due to higher order volume.
Estimated Shipping Time
US Shipping time is currently 5-14 business days orders from Canada can take up to a month to receive depending on the items shipping. I will do my best to meet theses shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. All orders are delivered through USPS First Class Mail. Orders will come with their own tracking number.
Small orders containing Classic Bookmarks and Stickers DO NOT include a tracking number. If you wish to have a tracking number for these orders, please contact me and I will bill you for additional shipping cost.
Missing Packages
If your tracking number says delivered, but you did not receive your order, or order takes longer than three weeks to arrive, please do the following:
- Check with your neighbors, sometimes USPS accidentally delivers to the wrong address.
- Check your local post office and let them know you have a package that says it was delivered, but you have not received it.
- Wait a few extra days after package declares it is delivered - sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a day or two before it is actually delivers.
